The smitten twosome couldn't keep their hands off of each other as they strolled through the coastal city.
Metcalfe looked dapper in a blue dress shirt and khakis, while Santana stunned in a sundress and sky-high white heels.
The couple were in town for the 53rd Annual Monte Carlo Television Festival and made sure to find some time to see the sights during their down time.
Both Santana and Metcalfe shared pics on their Instagram of them riding Jet-Skis in the ocean and working on their summer tans.
