Russell Brand: I Would Get Married Again

Comedian revealed that he really enjoyed being part of a couple

Russell Brand still believes in wedded bliss!

The comedian stopped by Today on Monday to promote his upcoming world tour, dubbed The Messiah Complex.

Brand was asked if he would ever consider getting married again despite his divorce from Katy Perry.

"Yes, I would, as a matter of fact," he said. "I really liked being married."

Brand did note one important factor in a successful marriage…

"This just in! Marriage has to be worked at," he quipped.

Brand and Perry initially filed for divorce a mere 14 months after their 2010 wedding. Their split was finalized in July 2012.

Since then, both parties have been seen cozying up to other famous faces.

Perry dated Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd for a few months after her marriage ended, and has been on and off with singer John Mayer ever since.

Meanwhile, Brand has been spotted out with Andre Balazs' daughter Alessandra, Jordana Brewster's sister Isabella and even Geri Halliwell.
