The actress was snapped heading back to her apartment in New York with the NYC-based contemporary artist after the twosome attended a children's birthday party together with the actress' daughter Matilda Ledger at Brooklyn park.
Williams was dressed casually for the occasion, sporting a floral frock and classic shades. She had her short hair pulled back and seemed in good sprirts as she strolled alongside her rumored beau, who was also dressed down in a striped t-shirt and jeans.
The couple reportedly began dating after the 32-year-old star split with funnyman Jason Segel in February. They both reside in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The pair was last seen holding hands after the 2013 Met Gala, where they did little to dispel the romance rumors.
