Actress' rep confirms she is single, they are just friends

Does Sharon Stone have a new love in her life?

Earlier today, it was reported that the 55-year-old stunner recently began dating 46-year-old Hamptons hotelier Michael Wudyka.

But despite the dating rumors, Stone's rep confirms to E! News they are not romantically involved.

"They are not dating," Stone's rep tells us. "They are dear friends who work together on the Creative Coalition. And not at all dating."

Back in April, both Stone and Wudyka attended a Creative Coalition event at U.S. Capital Building to promote arts funding on Capitol Hill.

Meanwhile, a single Stone recently killed it at Cannes, stepping out solo on multiple red carpets looking as hot as ever. Can you say, "Single and sexy?"
