Dina Lohan Reportedly Fails to Pay $4,000 Bill at Charity Event, Restaurant Planning to Sue

Establishment claims LiLo's mom left after racking up a $2,500 tab on expensive food and drinks

E! News has learned Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina Lohan attended a charity event held nearly a year ago, where she reportedly ran up a $2,500 tab on expensive food and drinks and pledged $1,500 to The Clamshell Foundation, but left the restaurant without paying.

Dina was accompanied by her brother at the event, held at the Andrra Wateside restaurant in East Hampton and sponsored by Ferrari on July 23, 2012. 

The restaurant's lawyer, Edmond Chakmakian, tells E! News he will be filing a suit Monday after almost a year of trying to receive payment.

"She acted like she was doing the world of a favor by being there," he said. "She feels entitled because of who her daughter is, like she's the belle of the ball."

Dina's rep has not returned a request for comment.
