IXOLA/AKM-GSIFarrah Abraham is looking to avoid jail time.
The Teen Mom turned porn star and her attorney have come to a plea deal with prosecutors in the DUI case stemming from her Mar. 19 arrest, E! News has learned.
Both parties came to an agreement on May 31.
Abraham will have to appear in court on Jun. 20 where she'll plead guilty to driving under the influence in exchange for a dismissal of charges against her for refusing to submit to a breathalyzer and disorderly conduct.
If the judge approves the plea deal, she'll avoid the slammer.
The 21-year-old was arrested back in March in Omaha, Neb. after being pulled over and blowing a 0.147.
