Lil' Kim Barely Recognizable at New Jersey Hot 97 Concert—We’ve Got the Pic!

The naked truth about Lil' Kim's mug these days is that it looks a little stretched.

Turning up to perform at Hot 97's annual Summer Jam at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, Lil' Kim once again stoked speculation that she's had plastic surgery as she looks vastly different from the Hard Core hip-hopster who dominated the rap charts in the mid-'90s.

The diminutive MC, real name Kimberly Denise Jones, wore strappy high heels, red hot pants and a black brassiere and corset top with sheer sleeves along with gold chains during her brief surprise set.

While Lil' Kim's stunning transformation has come under media scrutiny since she first stepped out with her new look in March, her rep has since smacked down any such suggestions as "fictitious, malicious and despicable."
