Will Forte and Jason Sudeikis reunited for the sake of charity.
The two funnymen, who paired up in the past on Saturday Night Live skits, rocked their way through the Rolling Stones' "Shine a Light" at Stones Fest L.A. Thursday night, a fun event in support of Sweet Relief charity.
And although Sudeikis seemed to be really into the duo's performance, he assured E! News has no delusions of impending rock stardom.
"I'm just an actor that they asked to do this," Sudeikis said. "I have no musical background. I do karaoke, I can play Rock band…this is merely because we've done these fests long before the charity was attached. We did them in New York. We were the two goofball actors who knew Stones songs or Petty songs or Dylan songs and they would pretend to let us be musicians for four or five minutes."
Juliette Lewis, Michelle Branch and Danny Masterson were also among celebs on hand to cover songs by the Rolling Stones at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles.
