Angelina Jolie is looking better than ever.

On her first red carpet since announcing she had undergone a double mastectomy in February, the Salt star looked gorgeous at the premiere of Brad Pitt's World War Z in London Sunday, walking with her man in a black sleeveless Saint Laurent dress.

The 37-year-old Oscar-winning actress revealed in an op-ed for the New York Times that she underwent the surgery after doctors told her she carried the BRCA1 gene and had about an 87 percent risk of contracting breast cancer.

"I am fortunate to have a partner, Brad Pitt, who is so loving and supportive," Jolie wrote in the article. "So to anyone who has a wife or girlfriend going through this, know that you are a very important part of the transition. Brad was at the Pink Lotus Breast Center, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries. We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has."
