Here's the latest on that unhappy event that took place at the happiest place on Earth.

The Disneyland employee who was arrested in connection with a dry ice blast at the theme park pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

Per CNN, 22-year-old Long Beach, Calif., resident Christian Isaiah Barnes was arraigned and his bail was set at $500,000, down from $1 million.

Barnes, who was charged with a felony count of possession of a destructive device in a public place, is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on June 7. He could face up to six years if convicted.

It was on Tuesday when a small explosion occurred at Disneyland's Toontown around 5:30 p.m. and was the result of dry ice that apparently had been placed in a plastic bottle. No injuries, however, were reported.

Barnes, an outdoor vendor at the park, was later arrested for allegedly setting off the explosive device inside a trash can.
