Cruz looked like a rock star mom after she gave her maternity wardrobe a touch of badassery with a Rolling Stones graphic T-shirt, jeans and a leather jacket.
The star, who is expecting her second child with hubby Javier Bardem, recently welcomed her sister Monica to parenthood.
Cruz was spotted visiting her sibling, alongside Javier and her brother Eduardo, at a Madrid hospital a couple weeks ago to be by her sister's side as she went into labor and delivered a beautiful baby girl, which she opted to have via an anonymous sperm donor.
When Penelope's pregnancy was first announced, a source told E! News that the celeb was extra excited this time around because she was expecting at the same time as her sister.
