Resident Evil star Milla Jovovich took up residence in a transparent box.
Well, at least temporarily.
The 37-year-old actress teamed up with American artist Tara Subkoff on Tuesday for a performance piece at the 2013 Venice Biennale festival in Italy.
Locked in a plexiglass cube for five hours, Jovovich was instructed to play a character and only communicate with folks on the outside via electronic devices.
As time progressed, the space was gradually filled with cardboard boxes to show the effect consumerism has on our environment.
"So I'm done being #fakemilla, thank u all 4 bearing with me thru the performance!" she tweeted afterward. "Back 2 reality!"
Glad to have you back, Milla!
