Amanda Bynes may soon be in the clear. At least according to her.

"My lawyer is getting my case dropped!" the 27-year-old tweeted on Tuesday.

What's more, Bynes also addressed her claim that she was sexually harassed by a police officer when she was arrested last Thursday.

"His punishment will be being the cop who sexually harassed someone who would never find him handsome enough to be my boyfriend. That's worse than any time in jail," Bynes wrote.

The former Nickelodeon star added, "But I am suing him for money compensation. I love having more money in my bank!"

Earlier today, the New York Police Department denied any wrongdoing after conducting its own investigation.

"NYPD Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corrobroate Ms. Bynes' allegations," Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne told E! News in a statement.

Bynes was arrested after allegedly throwing a bong out of her Midtown Manhattan apartment window when police showed up to respond to a call about a disorderly person in the building.

She was subsequently charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marijuana.

"I'm so offended by all of this but proud to not be a drug or alcohol user," Bynes tweeted on Monday. "I'm suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia."

Bynes is scheduled to return to court on July 9.
