Adriana Lima's 3 Rules for a Healthy Summer

Model shares her lifestyle tips to make the most of warm weather months

After a long, relaxing Memorial Day weekend, we can officially embrace the summer season! 

And with all of the beachside lounging and weekend getaways that are likely to fill up your social calendar soon, it's certainly smart to make sure your bikini body is in tip-top shape.

Wondering where to start? We tapped Victoria's Secret model and bona fide Brazilian bombshell Adriana Lima at the brand's What is Sexy launch party for advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle this summer.

Here's what she told us:

1. Keep Moving: "Even if you don't have time to go to the gym, take 15 or 20 minutes out of your day and go outside for a walk," she advised.

2. Exercise Whenever You Can: "Get a jump rope and jump inside your house for five minutes. Or, if you're watching TV, start doing squats. It's better than nothing!"

3. Stay Hydrated: "I love coconut water, it's a Brazilian thing. I pick some up at Whole Foods all of the time."
