In fact, the 29-year-old yoga instructor is sharing her five favorite prenatal-friendly poses in a new video for WhatToExpect.com. Guess we know how the mom-to-be, who inadvertently flashed her butt last week, manages to keep her backside in shape despite being six months pregnant!
But being the responsible yogi that she is, Alec Baldwin's wife makes sure to caution against yoga exercises that might be bad for mom and baby—like core work of any kind or poses that call for lying down on your back for extended periods of time.
Instead, she offers poses that can ease mom-to-be's lower back pain, like the cat-cow pose, or the squat posture, which creates flexibility in the pelvis in prep for the day baby arrives!
