Ke$ha Drinks Her Own Pee: Watch the Moments Leading up to the Act!

Remember that moment when we told you Ke$ha drank her own pee and you cringed?

Well, we weren't kidding, and now there's video evidence to prove that the singer went above and beyond to try new ways of getting healthy.

The clip, which will be featured on the pop star's reality series, Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life, was released for everyone to enjoy.

Ke$ha made sure to preface her odd behavior, by telling viewers, "Now it's time to switch gears, because I have a music video to make. I want to get in kickass shape and look damn hot, and I'll try just about anything."

She wasn't kidding.

The clip then shows the singer and some friends in a car, talking about how some woman drinks her own urine because it's supposedly good for you. And that's when the lightbulb went off in her head. "I'll drink my pee," she said, and got to filling up an empty water bottle.
