While speaking at graduation ceremony for Bowie State University over the weekend, Michelle Obama went with a side swept hairstyle that camouflaged her once shorter layers.
This quick change was inevitable especially after the first lady jokingly admitted her bangs were a result of her "midlife crisis." She even went on to say that the new 'do had become irritating.
Of course, Obama isn't the only famous gal growing out a shorter style right now. Michelle Williams is currently letting her iconic pixie go long and Charlize Theron is ditching her buzz cut.
While most gals go through an awkward transition, Obama seems to take the hairdo shift in complete style. But then again would we expect anything less from our first lady?
