Walker, Texas Ranger, is doing the nursery equivalent of the Texas two-step.

Chuck Norris and his wife are celebrating the birth of twins.

Gena Norris, 33, gave birth to the twosome, a boy named Dakota Alan and a girl named Danilee Kelley, on Thursday--a month earlier than expected, according to Norris' publicist.

Although the tykes were premature, there were no complications and mom and the kids are doing well, Jeff Duclos says.

Norris, 61, and the former Gena O'Kelley married in November 1998. Norris has two adult sons, Eric and Mike, from his 30-year marriage to first wife Diane. The current Mrs. Norris also has children from a previous marriage.

Norris was a former world karate champion and instructor who taught the likes of Steve McQueen, Priscilla Presley and Donnie and Marie Osmond. At the urging of McQueen, Norris launched an acting career. He made a splash as the bad guy Bruce Lee pummels at the end of Return of the Dragon. Norris starred in a string of action flicks in the late '70s and '80s, including A Force of One, Lone Wolf McQuade, Code of Silence and the Delta Force and Missing in Action series.

Most recently, he headlined CBS' Walker, Texas Ranger, which ended its eight-year run earlier this year.
