Chely Wright and her wife are mommies!
The country singer and Lauren Blitzer Wright welcomed identical twin boys into the world on Saturday in New York City, People reports.
And the little guys are named after their great-grandfathers...
George Samuel and Everett Joseph!
"We are grateful for all the amazing medical care and the love and support of family and friends," Wright told the mag.
Wright announced her pregnancy in January on Howard Bragman's YouTube show Gwissues, telling fans, "When gay couples have babies it's logistically a little different than when straight people have babies as we all know."
She added, "We feel our entire relationship has been blessed. We feel lucky and ready to take on the challenges. We're excited to be parents and we hope we don't mess it up too badly!"
Oh, we bet that Chely and Lauren—and George and Everett—will all be just fine.
