Take Carly Rae Jepsen, who took away the prize for Top Digital Song Artist. We're guessing the Call Me Maybe singer's phone won't be ringing off the hook after she showed up at the event in a Dyanthe dress that was a nip slip waiting to happen, thanks to a puzzling patchwork of mesh panels.
And then there was songstress Z LaLa, who was hard to miss a silver get-up—and shoes, lips and nails—that is probably the closest thing to space alien couture we'll see on this planet.
But it wasn't only musicians who missed the mark at the annual award show. While there's no doubt that Jenny McCarthy has a rocking figure, we wished she's showed it off in anything but a shredded skirt that looked as if it had been destroyed in the spin cycle, and a shirt that appeared to have been shrunk in the dryer.
