The NFL hunk and his supermodel wife indulged in some PDA on Sunday in Boston. But it wasn't a solo day at the park.

Gisele held on to baby Vivian, while the couple's son Benjamin and Tom's son Jack (with ex Bridget Moynahan), played nearby.

And while this Brazilian beauty has, like, a million gigs, the thing she celebrates most is being a mommy. On Mother's Day, she Instagrammed a sweet picture of her feet alongside Vivian's, writing, "Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful woman who know the joy , challenges and love of being a mother. Mom , I love you !"
