"Didn't expect a simple gesture to become a google alert," she wrote on her Twitter.
News of the gift originally made headlines after Glanville took to Twitter to thank the new Mrs. Rimes for the flowers.
"I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers," she wrote at the time.
Glanville didn't leave it at that, however, and added that she used social media to respond because things between the two aren't totally copacetic.
"Our relationships is that we still don't even say hi at baseball. I don't have her number-that's it."
But flowers and shows of gratitude say a lot! At least these two are sort of getting along, right?
