Taylor Swift's Rhode Island beach home is already becoming a target for crazed fans, a mere month after she was spotted house-hunting at the massive home.

E! News has learned that the Westerly Police Department arrested a 22-year-old male walking on White House Road (a private road about five minutes' walking distance from Swift's home) around 2:10 a.m. Wednesday.

The man was charged with trespassing and will be summoned to appear in court on May 24. The alleged trespasser is currently still in police custody

While some reports claim the male was arrested for swimming up to Swift's coastal mansion, saying he intended to meet the "22" singer, the police spokesperson could not confirm those details.

"There is a zero policy for trespassers," the spokesperson added.
