Jennifer Lopez's latest real estate acquirement, an 8,500-square-foot mansion in the Hamptons, is a definitely a long way from the blocks of the Bronx.

Just in time for summer, the singer purchased the swanky Water Mill beach house, which was listed for $9,995,000 million. We're guessing the singer will have quite the summer there, seeing as it comes complete with a theater, sauna, steam room and tennis courts.

Not too shabby for a vacation home, huh?

And seeing as the property was listed with a "privacy guaranteed" promise, it looks like J.Lo can come and go with beau Casper Smart without too much trouble from the paparazzi.

Plus, with three sprawling acres, there's plenty room for her twins Emme and Max to run around.

We know we wouldn't mind joining her on her new block!
