Another one gone!
Kelsey Grammer has found a buyer for his Beverly Hills home. The former Frasier actor has sold the mega mansion for $6.7 million.
He purchased the 6,000 square feet pad, build in 1926, just over a year ago with wife Kayte Walsh and originally tried to rent out the property.
The two level Spanish style house has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths and a detached three car garage. Also outside is a large pool, gardens, wood burning and a separate guest house.
Recently the actor unloaded other mansions he owned with ex-wife Camille Grammer. With the success of this deal, we bet he'll be picking up another property soon enough.
