Monday's Met Gala dominated the fashion world, wowing us with some of the most glamorous red carpet looks we've seen all year, but there were definitely plenty of other glamorous occasions this week that also called for the stars to turn out some pretty fabulous looks.
In fact, some of our fave Met Gala gals, like Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Bosworth—who topped our best dressed list for the event—also took our breath away just a few days later. Just as she did at the gala, Bosworth showed off her gorgeous gams at a Hollywood screening of Black Rock, this time in a Miu Miu mini-dress, while Parker proved she could easily go from punk to pretty in a feminine vintage column gown that was nothing like her edgy Met ensemble.
Meanwhile, Kerry Washington proved she had a thing for purple this week, swinging by The Late Show with David Letterman in a flirty Prabal Gurung number featuring a pretty purple top with a plunging neckline, and rocking a dress—and hair streaks!—in the regal color at the Met Gala.
On the opposite end of the color spectrum, Zoe Saldana kept things simple yet chic in an all-white Elie Saab jumpsuit, while Alexa Chung looked absolutely darling in an understated navy-and-gray Dior strapless dress.
