While shooting his newest flick Townies, the actor was spotted playing ball on set with his shirt unbuttoned, giving us front-row access to his supercut bod.
Believe it or not, this has not been the most challenging part of playing his new role for the former Disney star, who's lately been photographed with his shirt off more often than on (but hey, we're not complaining).
The 25-year-old actually sustained a pretty serious injury while filming on set, as he was seen a few weeks ago with a heavily bandaged cast over his wrist.
But judging from this pic, Zac's right arm looks to be fully healed and he seems to be in great shape.
