Clad in a Marc Jacobs number that consisted of a nude slip layered with a long-sleeved mesh gown, Miley proudly flaunted her enviable figure.
Of course, being a famed hair chameleon, she also took the opportunity to debut a new 'do. Her blond crop was sprayed up, up and away into lots of wild spikes.
Since the pop star was just named No. 1 on Maxim's Hot 100, we're pretty sure her fans will love her new red carpet look.
