This is just beyond.

Reese Witherspoon's arrest video has emerged. In the police dash-cam footage, the 37-year-old actress gets quite defensive as her hubby, Jim Toth, is getting arrested for a suspected DUI in Atlanta, and she has some choice words for the police officer.

When the cop asks Reese to get back in the car, she tells him, "I'm pregnant and I need to use the restroom!" (She admitted on Good Morning America she was saying "crazy things" and she is not, in fact, pregnant.)  The officer tells her there's nowhere to use the restroom and says if he has to tell her again to get back in the car, "I'm going to arrest you!"

"You are harassing me as an American citizen," Reese goes on. "I have done nothing against the law."

"I'm a U.S. citizen," she fumes. "I'm allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask. You better not arrest me."

When the officer tells Reese she has to "obey" his orders, she questions him. "I have to OBEY your orders?" Then she gets cuffed. "I'm now being arrested and handcuffed?" she squeals.

Jim, endearingly, tries to calm his wife down. Then, after Reese has been cuffed, the officer semi-apologizes to the CAA agent, telling him, "I tried."

"I'm sorry," Jim says. "I had absolutely nothing to do with that."

Oh dear. Well, to be fair, Reese and Jim have both completely owned up to that fateful night, fully apologizing and taking responsibility for their actions.

Nobody's perfect, y'all.
