NBC/ Elisabeth CarenAh, it's finally here, Quarterlife! Wait, quarter what? Quarterlife. As in, you're 25, you're a quarter of the way through your life, and you're in the middle of what John Mayer warbles "Might be a quarter-life crisis / Or just a stirrin' in my soul."
The show (from the geniuses who brought us My So-Called Life) was originally designed to air on the Internet, and the first ep features a lot of blogging (don't worry, that settles down shortly), but mostly it's about the lives and loves of a gang of appealing, regular-joe twentysomethings.
It premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on NBC, and you can also watch it here.
Think Cloverfield without the beast from 20,000 fathoms, or maybe an older, more laid-back Gossip Girl. It features Cappy from Greek and Majandra Delfino from Roswell (reasons to watch right there), and, frankly, it's kind of addictive. Everyone who watches comes out saying, "Oh my god, I'm kind of in love!"
