Lil Wayne Tweets "I'm Fine" After Reported Hospitalization for Seizure

Following a report from TMZ that Lil Wayne had been hospitalized after suffering from another seizure late Tuesday evening, the rapper tweeted out confirmation that he is doing well.

"I'm fine. Thank u," he tweeted.

The 30-year-old reportedly was taken to Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles after he had a single seizure.

He was treated and released early Wednesday morning. Back in March, the hip-hop heavyweight was hospitalized in Cedars' ICU for 6 days following multiple seizures.
