Ian Ziering and his wife Erin welcomed their second child together yesterday—which happened to be their first child's birthday!
"We didn't plan it!" the actor told People about the arrival of 6-pound, 9-ounce baby daughter Penna Mae Ziering, who joins 2-year-old big sister Mia Loren in the family fold.
"Mia was born a week late and Penna was a week early," Ziering said. And Mia "couldn't wait" to meet her baby sis.
"She had all her toys lined up and ready to show Penna," the proup pop added.
As for their new arrival's name, Ziering told the mag that Penna is derived from the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star's late father, Paul, and Mae is a middle name shared by Erin's mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
And April 25 will now always be twice as joyous for the Ziering family.
