Gwyneth Paltrow told E! News about seven months ago that she wasn't sure if she wanted to be in the Avengers sequel.

"I'm getting old for this s--t, you know what I mean?" she said at the time.

Paltrow, we're happy to report, isn't feeling the same way these days.

"Ever since I've turned 40 [in September], I feel younger than ever and more energetic," the World's Most Beautiful Woman said last night at the Iron Man 3 premiere in Hollywood. "I'm ready. I'm ready for action now."

Paltrow's also looking better than ever, thanks to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

"She's done an amazing job and she's consistent," Anderson says. "A lot of people just trend-hop—they want a quick fix. She's the perfect example of beauty doesn't come easy or looking your best doesn't come easy. You have to work for it, and she does."

And while it may be a ways off, we had to ask Paltrow about her and Chris Martin's 10-year wedding anniversary coming up in December.

Has the superprivate couple thought about renewing their vows à la Matt Damon and his wife Luciana?

"People do that a lot now, don't they?" Paltrow said. "Nobody in my family has ever done that. You never know."

When we suggested a low-key ceremony like when they quietly tied the knot in Santa Barbara, Calif. (Paltrow's mom, Blythe Danner, wasn't even there), the blond beauty smiled, "I like that plan."
