As E! prepares for our red carpet livestream of Thursday's hot night in Miami, we're giving you a sneak preview of the biggest awards and nominees.

From Shakira to Enrique Iglesias to Jennifer Lopez, your favorite stars in the Latin music scene may just walk away with the top prize.
