E! News has obtained footage of Reese Witherspoon in handcuffs after her arrest with husband Jim Toth on Friday in Atlanta.

The video shows Witherspoon being escorted out of a police car by an officer and brought into the police station for booking.

Appearing subdued, the mother of three had her shackles removed prior to entering the building.

The Legally Blonde actress was briefly jailed early Friday stemming from charges of disorderly conduct while her husband was booked on an alleged DUI.

According to the police report, Witherspoon told the arresting officer that she was a "US citizen" and was allowed to "stand on American ground" after being told to stay seated during her husband's arrest, adding "Do you know my name? You're about to find out who I am."

After the incident, Witherspoon issued an apology saying that she was "deeply embarrassed" and "very sorry for her behavior."
