The 20-year-old singer stepped out in Beverly Hills, Calif., Monday wearing red lipstick, a sleek black top, tiny denim shorts, impossibly high silver platform heels and, of course, that gigantic sparkler on her left hand.
Liam was also out and about Monday. The Hunger Games hunk stepped out in West Hollywood, showing off a healthy amount of facial scruff as he headed to the gym to work out.
And while the reports about a Miley and Liam split continue to circulate, a source tells E! News the duo are very much still together.
As for why the Queen of Twerk is sometimes spotted sans her 3.5-carat Neil Lane bling? "She just doesn't wear it sometimes," says a source. "People shouldn't read too much into that."
