After she pulled the plug on today's press appearances for her new film Mud, the website for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon is showing that the Oscar winner is no longer scheduled to appear on the show Tuesday.
Instead of Witherspoon and Eli Manning as the main guests, the site is now promoting the New York Giants quarterback and Nurse Jackie's Adam Ferrara.
Witherspoon, whose Monday cancellations included Good Morning America, where she was supposed to pretape a spot for Wednesday, was arrested for disorderly conduct and husband Jim Toth was busted on suspicion of DUI early Friday morning.
They have court dates set for next month and Witherspoon has since issued a statement saying she is "deeply embarrassed" by what she said to the officer who pulled her and Toth over.
"It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse," the actress said.
Witherspoon did attend the Mud premiere in New York on Sunday, stopping to pose for pics but not taking questions.
