Eddie Kaye Thomas's Knife-Wielding Houseguest Charged

Pie guy's sleepover pal has got some pretty big legal problems ahead of her after her arrest last week when she refused to leave his abode

The woman who was arrested for allegedly threatening American Pie star Eddie Kaye Thomas with a knife after sleeping over at his Los Angeles residence last week is now facing a slew of charges resulting from the fracas.

Prosecutors confirm to E! News that 31-year-old Roxanna Bear has been slapped with five charges: vandalism over $400 damage; exhibiting a deadly weapon; interference with a wireless communication device; false report of a criminal offense; and resisting/obstructing/delay of a peace officer.

The vandalism charge is a felony while the other four are misdemeanors.

Per the complaint lodged on Friday, during the April 17 altercation Bear did "unlawfully and maliciously damage and destroy" personal property belonging to the 32-year-old Thomas including his cell phone, home furnishings, windows, a guitar and clothing.

The interference with a wireless device charge stemmed from her intent to prevent the actor from summoning the police during their argument after he asked his houseguest to leave and she refused.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 3.
