Can you think of a bigger name than Charlize Theron, Leonardo DiCaprio or Jennifer Lawrence?

How about former president Bill Clinton!

The one-time commander in chief was this year's headlining honoree at the 2013 GLAAD Media Awards, which took place Saturday night at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles

Lawrence, sporting a new short hairdo, and Weinstein Company head honcho Harvey Weinstein were on hand to present Clinton with the Advocate for Change Award during the bash, hosted by Drew Barrymore.

The always adorable actress mildly flubbed Clinton's name while introducing him (we all get tongue-tied onstage, right?), but the former prez was all smiles while hitting the stage and mouthed, "I love it." And daughter Chelsea Clinton presented her dad with the award.

"I don't know why Harvey made Jennifer do that," Clinton cracked. "She really was like 2-years-old when I became president. I met her backstage and she looked like she was touring the Museum of Natural History."

Earlier in the night, A-listers DiCaprio and Theron hit the stage to present top entertainment attorney Steve Warren with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award.

Other big stars who attended this year's GLAAD Awards included Betty White, Chris Evans and his brother Scott, Tobey Maguire, Elle Fanning, Matt Bomer and Kirsten Dunst. Kelly Rowland and Glee's Darren Criss performed (separately) during the show.

The night's funniest moment? During an impromptu kissing auction, Betty White planted a big smooch on Magic Mike hunk Alex Pettyfer!

Just afterwards White met Clinton backstage! She requested to meet him and he was "thrilled," says a source. They briefly chatted before he was honored during the ceremony.

Other notable show moments included Lawrence catching up with her Silver Linings Playbook studio pal Weinstein at their table, Theron and Fanning chatting each other up during dinner and Drew Barrymore's hubby Will Kopelman waving goodbye to her as she hit the stage to start the ceremonies.
