"They put, like, a titanium plate in it and four screws," Zac Efron told E! News, showing off his surgically repaired right hand on the red carpet at a Cinema Society Special Screening of his new movie, At Any Price.

The title of which became quite literal when Efron broke his hand while shooting a fight scene with Dave Franco.

"I've done way crazier things," Efron said, shrugging off the notion that his mangled hand was a big deal.

But apparently he's waiting for next time to fill us in on those things.
