Victoria Beckham Posts B-Day Picture (With Cake!); David and Sons Play Soccer in Paris

Designer thanks fans for well-wishes and had "such a special birthday" turning 39

Victoria Beckham is the queen of all things posh, but when it comes to birthdays, she's just like us!

The fashion designer celebrated turning 39 Thursday with a delicious-looking chocolate cake. She tweeted a picture of herself about to blow out the candle, writing, "Thank u for all your kind messages fashion bunnies, I had such a special birthday x vb."

Victoria's family, undoubtedly, helped make her day extra special. The next day, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz were joined by David for some soccer practice at Paris St.-Germain's training center just outside the French capital.
