Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake and Lena Dunham can count themselves in some pretty rarefied company.

The three are among a handful of showbiz luminaries tapped by Time for its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

Others making the class of 2013 include director Steven Spielberg, his Lincoln muse Daniel Day-Lewis, power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé, R&B crooner Frank Ocean, Christina Aguilera, Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun, Grey's Anatomy and Scandal mastermind Shonda Rhimes, The Mindy Project's Mindy Kaling, Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston and talk show hosts Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon.

These individuals were also feted by their peers in essays for the magazine. For instance, Timberlake praised Fallon as a "brilliant comedian," "talented musician" and "spot-on impersonator" who "recharged late-night television" while J.T. was commended by Stevie Wonder for his ability to "read a song" and for giving back to his community.

Jodie Foster hailed J.Law for being "a hoot" and a "gem with a killer stare."

Nonentertainment types named to the list include President Barack ObamaKate Middleton, NBA star LeBron James and Olympian Lindsey Vonn.
