As for yesterday's fracas, Bear remains in custody since being discharged from the hospital and bail has been set at $20,000.

For Eddie Kaye Thomas, this was no joke.
The LAPD confirms to E! News that authorities were called to the American Pie actor's residence Wednesday afternoon and that an unidentified woman was detained following an alleged assault attempt and taken to a nearby hospital.
And apparently it was a pretty scary situation.
According to a police spokesperson, Thomas called 911 around 1 p.m. yesterday after a female house guest allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife, threatened him, and then barricaded herself in his home.
This all went down, per the Los Angeles Times, after the 32-year-old actor, best known for playing Paul Finch in the popular film series, had asked the woman to leave after she spent the night. When she refused, she allegedly armed herself with the blade and began tearing up property in his house. A SWAT team subsequently arrived on the scene, and following a few tense hours, finally persuaded the woman to give up.
A rep for Thomas could not be reached for comment.
