Boston Marathon Tragedy: Tom Brady Says "My Heart Is Saddened"

New England Patriots quarterback sends well wishes to those affected by the bombings

One of Boston's most famous athletes is speaking out in support of his hometown after Monday's marathon bombings.

Tom Brady took to his Facebook to send a touching message to fans:

"My heart is saddened by the tragic events of yesterday in my hometown of Boston. My prayers are with all of the victims and their families."

The New England Patriots quarterback isn't the only celeb sending prayers and well wishes to those affected by the horrifying event.

Boston-born Ben Affleck sounded off on his Facebook as well saying: "Such a senseless and tragic day. My family and I send our love to our beloved and resilient Boston."
