Hugh Jackman recently experienced something that would have made even Wolverine pause.

On Saturday, a woman—who has since been charged with stalking—threw an electric razor containing pubic hair at the Oscar-nominated actor while he was working out in New York City.

Jackman's fans have apparently let him know since then that they're wishing him the best—and for that he sounds very grateful.

"Thank you all for your support over the past days….really appreciate all your kind words," the Australian thesp tweeted

NYPD arrested Katherine Thurston, a 47-year-old woman who had been residing at a homeless shelter, after the incident at Gotham Gym in the West Village.

Generally one to keep a positive attitude, Jackman is also looking forward to working with his former X-Men costars on their upcoming sequel/prequel. "About to start Days of Future Past…amazing to come back to work with the same team who started it all 13 years ago," he tweeted.

You can't keep Wolverine down for long.
