Now that Supernatural's Jensen Ackles has been crowned (yet again) as the winner of our annual Alpha Male Madness tournament, it's time for the women to do battle. We poured through the thousands of nominations to come up with 64 awesome TV females to compete in our Girl on Top competition. Only one will emerge victorious.
