Beyoncé's message is loud and clear: Girls run the world.

The 31-year-old is standing behind a cause she firmly bey-lieves in and speaking out in support of women's empowerment in the inspirational video for Chime for Change.

Queen Bey revealed that she's determined to let her 1-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, know that she can accomplish anything she wants in life.

"I'm telling my daughter every day, 'You know you can be president, you know it's possible,' and I know she has no idea why I'm saying that," she told the cameras.

Mrs. Carter is set to headline the Sound of Change Live concert on June 1, which will feature the music industry's most powerful female voices in a one-off show at London's Twickenham Stadium.

The Gucci-founded organization has also recruited some of Hollywood's most famous faces for their campaign including Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Zoe Saldana, Salma Hayek and Blake Lively.
