Contrary to recent reports,Miranda Kerr is not done with modeling, but the Victoria's Secret vet is moving on to new business ventures.

Speaking with the Sydney Morning Herald, the VS Angel addressed the rumors claiming she's been dropped from the lingerie brand as well as Australian department chain David Jones due to her "difficult reputation."

The stunning mother of one explains how she made the decision to cut contracts with the high-profile companies due to her desire to pursue other entrepreneurial avenues.

''This is a natural evolution,'' Orlando Bloom's other half explained. ''The thing is, I've been modeling since I was 13. Now entering a new phase in my life. I have felt this coming since my son was born and, after I became a mother, I realized I needed to prioritize my time."

Kerr also said she was "surprised" to hear the reports suggesting she's not a "big seller" and troublesome to work with, "I'm sure anyone that has worked with me would agree that it's not true," she insisted.

But just because she's putting modeling on the back burner doesn't mean Kerr is slowing down. Later this year, she plans to release her second book, Empower Yourself, and she will continue to focus on her skincare line, KORA Organics.

''It's really important I give 100 percent to my clients and I have to be careful to make strategic long-term decisions with my personal and business interests," she said. "I've reached a point in my career where I'm developing my own opportunities that are really reflective of my passions.''

As for her future relationship with Victoria's Secret?

Flynn's mother will still be working with the fashion mogul. She's agreed to walk the runway at this year's fashion show and the company's chief marketing officer Ed Razek said she's "one of the best models in the history of the business—and easily one of the most popular."

''I'm just not in a position to commit to a full contract at this time,'' Miranda said. ''It's three months at a bare minimum.''

Another bonus to scaling back on her big modeling gigs?

She has more time to spend with her family, and the 29-year-old star admits her hubby has big plans for her 30th birthday.

''He knows I like to dance and he knows I like to sing and I have the most fun when I'm singing and dancing—so I think there might be a little karaoke going on,'' she said of the celebration. ''It's something we do as a family—we put the music on, my son and Orlando love it.''
