The studio mogul and his fashion empress wife Georgia Chapman welcomed a son on April 11, their second child together, E! News confirmed Monday.
The little tycoon's name has not been announced publicly yet, according to a rep for Weinstein.
He and Chapman, who cofounded the design house Marchesa and serves as a judge on Project Runway: All Stars, also have a two and a half-year-old daughter, India Pearl.
Weinstein has three children from his first marriage as well.
