According to Farrah Abraham, her alleged sex tape with porn star James Deen belongs to her alone.

E! News obtained a letter—from the Teen Mom star's attorney to the head of Vivid Entertainment, Steve Hirsch—to block any attempts to distribute or release the video.

In the letter, her attorney claims that "Ms. Abraham retains the rights to this video and any unlawful conduct could infringe on those rights."

Over the weekend, the MTV reality star was caught on camera saying that her sex tape co-star was "not a good person," "he does not respect women" and, by the way, "his penis is small."

On Monday, Deen responded to the harsh comments by telling E! News:

"I don't really have anything to say. I don't want to perpetuate negativity and don't have anything bad to say," the adult film star said.
